SECURITY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours except where noted. Shipping by UPS Ground normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail assuming the item meets the United States Postal Service size and weight guidelines. Additional shipping fees

Some heavy and oversized items require extra shipping fees based on size or weight. These fees will be added to an item's price, in addition to its standard shipping cost. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the item's description.

Alaska, Hawai, Puerto Rico, and Guam

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam must be shipped via 2-day air or United States Postal Service. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. International Orders

Casanova Boxing® is the worldwide distributor of boxing equipment for the esteemed Casanova brand. We will ship anywhere in the world. For international shipping, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout. International shipping charges include all customs, duty, and taxes where applicable. Please call 1-818-760-9500 or e-mail our customer service department if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding international orders.

International orders that contain backordered items will not ship until all items are available.

Next Day Air

All next day air orders must be placed online by 12:00 PM CST to ensure same day shipping. To accommodate your expedited shipping needs after 12:00 PM CST, please call 1-818-760-9500 for air shipping options and delivery expectations.

APO-FPO

Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Please call 1-818-760-9500 or email our customer service department if you have any questions or concerns regarding APO-FPO shipments. All APO-FPO shipping will be quoted via email before shipment.

Air shipping above is stated for single item purchases only. If you have multiple items, call 1-818-760-9500 or email for a quote. Heavy or oversize item charges still apply. Some heavy or oversized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping charges that will be added to the prices listed above. Casanova Boxing® reserves the right to change the prices shown above without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price.

Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight that will be added to the prices above. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


We offer store credits or exchange for returned items. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for all returns or to refuse all returns at our discretion.


There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. No credits or refunds for original forwarding shipping charges, including refused packages and shipments.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you exchange an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
